For many reasons, it was necessary for me to send the below email to the Financial Aid Director and his staff at Miami Dade College (I excluded some personal information.)
______________________________________________

As I stated in my Wednesday, January 15, 2020, email, unexpectedly, in my Miami Dade College Gmail account was an email from BankMobile dated January 14, 2020 (see attachment.) The email informed me that Miami Dade College released, what I assumed, was my Student Loan refund for the Spring 2020 semester. However, on January 15, 2020, only $400.00 was deposited into my bank account.

On January 17, 2020, I received another email from BankMobile informing me that Miami Dade College had, once again, released my refund (see attachment.) According to my BankMobile account information, in addition to the $400.00 that was deposited into my bank account on January 15, 2020, on January 17, 2020, $XX53.79 was released and sent to my bank account (see attachment.) Due to the Martin Luther King holiday, as of today, January 20, 2020, the $XX53.79 has not been deposited into my bank account.

I am writing because the $400.00 is not noted as a refund in my Financial Aid or Miami Dade College Fee Invoice account (see attachment.) Because I am sure that at some point, the $400.00 will be noted as an overpayment by Miami Dade College, please let me know how to return the $400.00 back to the college.
