Here's a server that allows other countries to participate in the vote on the Teen Choice Awards.
First you have to go to: http://www.proxy4free.com/list/webproxy1.html and then open a link of the list, any of those. When you open the link you chose you will find a box where you can write a link, put "http://teenchoiceawards.com" (site of the votes) and will take you to the site of the Teen Choice Awards using a U.S. IP.

So if you're from Latin America, Europe, etc you are able to vote! Pass this information so everyone knows.
